Outside the Box Thinking
This program is for managers at all levels, as well as for people who are not currently team leaders, but participate in or make important decisions in the company.
ABOUT PROGRAM
"Outside the Box Thinking" is a program designed with the aim of enabling participants to encourage and develop their creative potential through innovative approaches.
The author of this program is Jimbo Clark, founder of the InnoGreat organization, co-founder of the Brains on the Beach organization and the ClockWise methodology.
The training program consists of four 90-minute segments, each focusing on a specific aspect of "Out of the Box Thinking". The segments use a combination of hands-on activities, group discussions, and reflective exercises, as well as the use of physical boxes as props.
Segment 1: My Box and Me
In this segment, participants will explore their personal thinking patterns and limitations, and learn to identify the "boxes" that constrain their thinking. By engaging in a hands-on activity with a box, participants will learn to think outside of their usual perspectives and challenge their assumptions.
Segment 2: All My Faces
In this segment, participants will explore different perspectives and viewpoints by taking on different "roles" and challenging their biases. Participants will be engaged in a group activity to generate diverse and innovative ideas on exploring strengths and limitations of operating from different roles.
Segment 3: Puzzle of Success
In this segment, participants will learn to apply creative problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and obstacles. By using puzzle pieces and boxes, participants will engage in a hands-on activity to stimulate their creativity and learn to experiment, iterate, and embrace failure.
Segment 4: New Reality
In this final segment, participants will learn to imagine new possibilities and "what if" scenarios. Through a creative visualization exercise using a box as a prop, participants will generate ideas for change and innovation and reflect on the importance of being open to new ideas and embracing the change.
